Dear Riders and friends,
We regret to inform you that Bara Epic Israel will not take place this year (2020).
As we value our community deeply, we would like to provide you with some of the considerations that led us to this tough decision:

1. We can not get approval for the event.
   We spent a lot of effort looking for a way for the event to happen in compliance with social distancing, to create a safe environment for everyone. Unfortunately, we’ve come to the conclusion that Bara Epic Israel is a mass event. It requires gathering of people and crowds, and it will be very difficult to follow COVID-19 rules.
2. The event can't take place without putting the riders in danger of potentially running into a COVID-19 carrier.
3. There is a huge amount of uncertainty as to what things would look like in October. With COVID-19 rules changing on a daily basis, it makes it almost impossible to properly prepare.
4. We would be putting your registration funds in danger - If we went ahead, we would have had to commit an entire ecosystem to the event, with a likely chance that it will be cancelled later leading to the committed money going down the drain. Up to this point, all expenses have been accounted for without having to lean into your registration funds.  Therefore, as promised, at this time we can provide registrants with a full refund (excluding a 5% credit card and transaction fees).
5. We value your trust and we feel a deep responsibility to be fair and transparent and avoid disappointment in the future as we get closer to the event. We want to make this decision ahead of time and treat your investment as if it was our own.

Below are your options as it relates to the registration:
1. Rollover your registration for the 2021 edition at the same costs and packages you have  already registered for (Cost may increase for future new 2021 registration).

Bara Epic Israel 2021 will take place on October 6-9th, 2021.

2. Cancel your registration and get a full refund, less 5% transaction and credit card fees (pay attention that cancellation is a full team cancelation and cannot be done individually).

If you would like to cancel your registration, please send an email to contact@epicisrael.org.il your full names, phone numbers and the last 4 digits of your credit cards used for paying the registration fee.
