Dear Riders / Friends,
This is our almost-final update before your arrival Tuesday afternoon / Wednesday morning to complete the registration process, ahead of next Wednesday’s prologue!

In this Riders’ Info we will go over the final details you need to know — some logistical, and some directly connected to your success in the event.

This year, the riders’ briefing for the prologue will take place on Tuesday evening at 18:30 in the registration & information hall at Nahsholim Hotel. The briefing will also be broadcast live on Facebook for those arriving Wednesday morning.

As in previous years, we will strictly adhere to the rules regarding finishers, time limits, pair riding, and the criteria for eligibility for the finisher’s jersey and medal.

  • The finisher’s medal will be awarded to every rider who completes the race.
    A FINISHER IS A WINNER

  • The rider’s jersey will only be awarded to those who meet the time limit, ride as a pair, and fulfill all the criteria of the Winner Epic Israel.

Important! Completing the Registration Process at the Race Village
The race village is located at the Nahsholim Hotel.

  • Everyone arriving at the race village must go through the registration desk.

  • Recommended!!! For those who wish to complete this process on the evening before the prologue (Tuesday, 16/9), registration will be open between 16:00–18:00 in the registration hall at the Nahsholim Hotel (not only for those staying at the village).

  • For those arriving on Wednesday morning (17/9), the registration desk will be open between 06:00–08:30.

Parking – Important!!! Parking – Important!!! Parking – Important!!!

Dear Riders,
We ask — and need — your full cooperation on this matter.

From past experience (2022), when traffic jams reached all the way to Highway 4 and we struggled to start the race due to overcrowding at Dor Beach parking (next to the hotel), we have prepared a dedicated parking area for riders.

Upon arrival, please follow the instructions of the marshals, and park only in the designated area.
Yes, if you really try, you might be able to bypass the barrier and sneak past the marshals — but please, Don’t!

We’ve organized everything so it will be smooth and easy for you, ensuring a safe start without disrupting daily life in the area.

  • The parking area is located about 300 meters from Nahsholim Hotel.

  • When arriving for registration on Wednesday morning, you must first enter the designated parking, get organized, and then ride over to registration. After that, you can return to your car to continue preparing, warming up, etc.

  • At the end of the prologue, we will operate shuttles for your equipment for your convenience.

Shuttle schedule for equipment:

  • Wednesday 17/9 – equipment shuttles will run starting at 10:30.

  • Hotel room check-in will also only be available after the stage — between 10:30–14:00.

For your convenience, we will set up a bag drop point with supervision in the parking area near the cars. Bags will be transferred to the lawn in front of the hotel reception.

Please do not improvise parking.
Every year, some riders try to park in the most convenient place (for themselves) rather than according to the guidelines.
We have many considerations and a big puzzle to put together. So please, please, please — park only in the designated areas and follow the marshals’ instructions.

The start and operational routes are essential for the smooth flow of the race.
Vehicles parked outside designated areas or against the marshals’ guidance will block the course or operational access. Please don’t force us to call a tow truck.

Parking for all riders is only in the designated riders’ lot.
Do not park in the Dor Beach parking area next to the hotel.
Please park only in the marked areas and follow the marshals’ instructions.

Pre-Race Package:
Check-in time for those who purchased the pre-race package is between 14:00–21:00.

Dinner on Tuesday for all who purchased the pre-race package at the Nahsholim Hotel will be served at the Rosemarine Restaurant of the Nahsholim Hotel between 19:00–21:00.

Prologue Day

  • On Wednesday morning, registration will be open from 06:00–08:30.

  • No registration will be available after 08:30.

  • You must go through the registration desk.

The registration process includes: signing the participant declaration and receiving a participant wristband.
Signing in and passing through the registration desk on race morning is mandatory (even for those who already collected their race kit at the distribution stations).

Hotel room check-in will be available starting from 10:30 — please note, there will be no earlier check-in!

Prologue Start Times:

  • At the beginning of next week, the start list for the prologue will be published.

  • Starts will be every 30 seconds, beginning at 08:15.

  • Each pair must arrive at the start area 10 minutes before their assigned start time.

  • If you do not arrive on time, you may still be allowed to start at the discretion and timing of the commissaires, but your prologue time will be counted from your original assigned start time.

The prologue time will be added to your overall race time and will also determine your start box for the following day.

Stage Graph

For your convenience, each stage has a sticker to be placed on the toptube near the stem.
The sticker includes the feed zone distances and the elevation profile.
(It also serves as a voucher for a beer at the end of each stage in the “Hagibor” area.)

Stage graphs (Stages 1–3) will be distributed at the TREK area in the race village each day until 18:00.
After that time, the stickers will be available at the race office.

No stickers will be distributed on the morning of the stage.

Bag Storage
Riders who wish to spend the afternoon in the race village (after the stage) and are not staying at the Nahsholim Hotel are welcome to bring a small bag to leave in a secure area. The bag can include a towel, a change of clothes, and a swimsuit for those interested, so you can enjoy everything we’ve prepared for you in the village.

Meals

Breakfast:
Breakfast is served at the Rosemarine Restaurant in the Nahsholim Hotel and is only for those staying at the Nahsholim Hotel. (If you purchased a non-accommodation package, breakfast is not included.)
Breakfast times follow the schedule on the website and vary each day depending on the start time.

Lunch:
After finishing the stage and taking a moment to relax, you can enjoy a lunch buffet and sit in the cozy chill-out area to watch the replay of the live broadcast.
Lunch will be provided according to your number registered on your wristband (make sure to wear it at all times). At the lunch entrance, you must check in with your wristband, receive a lunch ticket, and hand it to the servers when your meal is given.

Dinner:
Dinner is for all riders in the full tour, at 18:30 — entry with wristband only.
Dinner will take place together with the main ceremony and the mandatory riders’ briefing for the next day, on the north lawn of the Nahsholim Hotel.

Finishers’ happening – Saturday, September 20

From the very first days of the race, the race village is designed to provide you and your supporters with the best possible experience.

A big screen will be set up so your families can watch the live broadcast while waiting for you at the finish line.

This year, in the race village, riders and their families will enjoy a bar and food trucks in the village expo.

Starting at 10:00, you are invited to the Finishers’ Celebration. As you complete the challenge and receive your Finisher shirts and medals, the race village will turn festive!
Invite your loved ones to join.
